Policies
Forms of accepted payment include cash, check, visa, mastercard and discover.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Being a studio, group services are not available at this time.
If arriving late for your service, as much as your scheduled service will be performed as possible; however you will be responsible for the entire cost of the scheduled service.
Inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of your service.
Cancellation / No Show
As time is set specifically for you, we require a minimum of 2 hours notice for cancelling. If your phone call is unanswered, a voice mail, text, or email will be accepted. If the 2 hour minimum is not met, you are responsible for half of the cost of your service if not rescheduled.
If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment you are responsible for half of the cost of the service.
If you do not show up for 3 services a credit card will be required to schedule. You will also be responsible for the full amount of any services that are missed or cancelled without the 2 hour notice.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased at the studio or through the online store. These certificates are should be treated as cash. Avalon Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, or those used by another person. To redeem the certificate, it must be presented as payment. No Exceptions. There is no refund on gift certificates. If a price change occurs, you are responsible for the difference as the cerficate is treated as cash.
Returns/Exchanges
Product sales will include a sample to make certain of compatiblility if the product has not been used on you in the past. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchasing as long as the product is in unopened, original packaging, along with the receipt. The unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange.
Once a product is open, it cannot be return.
As there are no samples of CoffeeBerry Perfecting Minerals, it is suggested to wear the minerals for a day to make certain you are pleased with the look. The minerals will appear darker in the container than on the skin.
Purchases made from the online store must follow the above mentioned rules but will have 45 days to allow for shipping.
